Machine chest press

Instructions

1. Position yourself on a chest press machine with your back resting against the support, your knees bent, and your feet secured beneath the bars. 2. Hold the handles of the machine, simultaneously extending your elbows to shoulder level and flexing your arms. 3. Extend your arms to push the machine's handles forward. 4. Revert to the starting position and repeat the process.
